Legislation has been introduced in many states to regulate aftermarket parts, crash parts, and air bags.
Since MEMA represents both aftermarket and original equipment parts manufacturers, MEMA does not support legislation that favors one part over another.  MEMA supports a level playing field that allows consumers access to quality original equipment and aftermarket parts.
