BOUCHERVILLE, Quebec -- Uni-Select has entered into an agreement to purchase, through a subsidiary, the assets of Auto Craft Automotive Products, LLC, an automotive replacement parts, equipment, tools and accessories distributor with headquarters located in King Of Prussia, PA. Auto Craft operates one distribution center, five branch warehouses, and seven stores. Auto Craft also distributes its products through its network of independent merchants and corporate store locations. Upon conclusion of the transaction, the business will continue operations as a business unit of Automotive Group USA. With the addition of the Auto Craft locations, Automotive Group USA will operate 45 distribution centers and 173 s Commenting on the acquisition, Jacques Landreville, president and chief executive officer of Uni-Select Inc. said, “Auto Craft is an excellent fit for our North-Eastern Division in the U.S. The business model of Auto Craft closely parallels that of our current operations in this region allowing for a seamless integration. ” The acquisition is expected to add annual sales of about $23.6 million to Uni-Select's Automotive Group USA and is expected to close on May 31.
