COVID-19 restrictions continue to make in-person meetings and conferences with legislators more difficult, but that does not mean there isn’t important work to do to educate them about the vital role suppliers play in the U.S. economy and issues that impact our industry. While your MEMA team in Washington is doing just that every day, we are also providing opportunities for member company representatives to work with us. Your stories and participation will demonstrate how suppliers are nimble and ready to adapt. And you can make sure your input is heard right from your desk at home with MEMA’s online event that will allow suppliers to “Zoom” the Hill on February 23-25, 2021.

This year, MEMA will offer a newly designed, virtual Advocacy Week, which will allow participants to engage with legislators via Zoom “coffee chats,” attend educational sessions, division-specific breakouts, and listen to political speakers discuss what to expect in 2021. Participants are sure to get a lot of useful information and insight out of each day’s program.
