Emily Poladian

Emily Poladian is president of MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers, a membership group within MEMA, The Vehicle Suppliers Association, which exclusively serves suppliers of aftermarket components, tools and equipment and related products. Poladian assumed the role of president of MEMA's aftermarket group on January 3, 2026. Together with the MEMA leadership team and the MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers board of directors, Poladian works to advance MEMA's mission of connecting members to what matters most in the aftermarket.

Prior to joining MEMA, Poladian was president of Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, leading a multi-billion-dollar aftermarket business focused on data-driven solutions and services to the transportation industry.

In that role, she spearheaded strategic growth initiatives, digital transformation and partnership development to strengthen customer value and operational performance. Her career spans nearly three decades at Bridgestone, where she held leadership roles across global markets, including Asia and North America, and led Firestone Industrial Products as president.

Poladian has a mechanical engineering degree from Purdue University. She serves on the boards of WCM Industries, Advanced Material Development, Inc. and Mental Health Cooperative. She has also previously served on the board of directors for MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers and was a member of MEMA's Heavy Duty Business Forum. Poladian is also committed to developing others, finding joy in mentorship.
