Shannon O’Brien serves as the Senior Director, Programming and Strategy, MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers. Shannon is dedicated to developing content and value for Commercial Vehicle supplier members, including programs like the annual Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue conference (HDAD), and Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW). Prior to joining MEMA, Shannon served in several roles at WABCO and ZF, including Product Marketing Manager of Wheel End Solutions, North America.
Prior to entering the commercial truck industry, Shannon spent 15 years working at North America’s largest coupon provider, and still has a love for finding good deals. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Michigan State University, and lives in Royal Oak, MI with her husband, two children, and three cats.
