Meeting Room Reservations at AAPEX

The MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers Member Center, Venetian Expo Room 101, will be open Oct. 30 - Nov. 2.

We welcome MEMA member companies to book up to 2 hours of meeting room space a day during AAPEX. All meeting rooms are located inside the Member Center, All times are PDT. Rooms 3 and 5 include a projector. Please note: Member companies that need more than 2 hours of meeting space per day must email us to request additional time. We will try to accommodate requests if possible and will make the reservation on your behalf.

Instructions:

1. Select "LOGIN" at the top of the page. 
2. Login to your MEMA member account.
3. Find an open date and time (green block) for your reservation. Red blocks signify the room is unavailable. Click the arrows at the top of the calendar to change dates. 
4. Once you've found your desired reservation date and time, select "ADD RESERVATION."
5. Complete the reservation form and click "ADD RESERVATION."
