Meghan MacDonald

Meghan MacDonald is a strategic, results-driven executive with nearly 15 years of experience leading strategy, driving growth and managing transformation in the automotive and mobility sectors. She serves as corporate vice president, strategy and communications, at MEMA, The Vehicle Suppliers Association, where she oversees enterprise-wide strategy, corporate communications and the Center for Sustainability to help vehicle suppliers anticipate disruption, remain competitive and advance supplier business interests.
In this role, MacDonald aligns market intelligence, advocacy priorities and communications to translate industry signals into actionable insight for suppliers, strengthening the association’s impact at a time of rapid change. Prior to this role, MacDonald was vice president of OE member content at MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers and responsible for delivering value-add programming strategies and leading affiliate relationships.
Before joining MEMA, MacDonald held leadership roles at Bosch, including director of marketing business strategy and communications for the Power Solutions division and chief of staff in the Office of the President. There, she led high-impact initiatives ranging from post-acquisition integration and crisis response to digital transformation and regional business optimization. Her leadership of digital transformation efforts across North America helped embed data-driven tools into core operations and executive decision-making.
MacDonald holds a Master of Business Administration from Walsh College and a bachelor’s degree in marketing and international management from Oakland University. Known for her clarity, decisiveness and ability to execute, she continues to champion innovation and value creation for vehicle suppliers across North America.
