Business Technology Council Welcomes New Member to Executive Committee

Scott Nash of Spectra Premium has joined the BTC executive committee.
Date: February 19, 2026

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – The MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers Business Technology Council (BTC) welcomed Scott Nash, director of sales, product and strategy at Spectra Premium, to its executive committee.

Continuing to serve on the executive committee are:

  • Chair: Jim Naso, Applications Data Manager, Continental ContiTech Power Transmission Group
  • Hemant Damani, Director of Information Technology, Niterra North America, Inc.
  • Rini Palkamsetty, Head of Information Technology, Americas, Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC
  • Previous Chair: Dave Haun, Director of Product Data Services, Gates Corporation

"The strength of the Business Technology Council comes from the diversity of experience on its executive committee," said BTC Chair Jim Naso. "Scott's leadership and deep understanding of product, sales and strategy will help us continue delivering relevant, timely content."

"Scott brings strong experience to the BTC executive committee," said Sara Kaderly, director of programming and remanufacturing lead at MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers and BTC lead. "He will be a valuable addition as we, alongside the returning BTC executive committee leadership, continue building forward-looking programming and practical resources for our members."

The executive committee provides direction with programming for 2026, including an upcoming webinar on February 24 from 2-3:15 p.m. ET. "Predicting the Unpredictable: How AI Can Forecast Tariff Impact" will show how AI can help aftermarket suppliers anticipate tariff impacts before they disrupt costs, sourcing and margins. Registration is open on the MEMA website.

To continue that momentum throughout the year, BTC Think Tanks give members a hands-on way to collaborate in focused, member-led working groups that meet regularly to share insights, tackle challenges and develop practical solutions. Current Think Tanks include AI Apps and Opportunities, Cybersecurity in an AI World and Repair Shop Automation: Driving Parts Sales. To learn more or join a Think Tank, visit the BTC Think Tank page or contact Sara Kaderly.

The council will have its first in-person meeting prior to the 2026 Vision Conference on April 14 in Dearborn, Mich. Registration for the council meeting is also open here.
