Council of Remanufacturing Excellence (CoRE) Names Chair and Welcomes New Members to Executive Committee

Brad Moss of DieselCore has been named the inaugural chair of CoRE and remanufacturing leaders from Detroit Diesel, Cummins and SRC Logistics have joined the executive committee.
Date: February 04, 2026

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – The MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers Council of Remanufacturing Excellence (CoRE) announced its inaugural chair and welcomed three new members to its executive committee. Brad Moss, vice president, DieselCore, will serve as the 2026 council chair. Logan Mayfield, director of sales, SRC Logistics; Angelina Rodriguez, director of ReCon strategy, Cummins and Bill Statham, director of operations, Detroit Diesel, have joined the executive committee. These leaders are joined by Sue Williams, vice president, sales and marketing, Endural, who continues her term on the executive committee.

"We are excited to name Brad Moss as the inaugural chair of CoRE and to welcome Logan Mayfield, Angelina Rodriguez and Bill Statham as new executive committee members," said Sara Kaderly, director of programing and remanufacturing lead at MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers. "Along with Sue Williams, this group brings a strong mix of leadership, experience and global perspective that will help advance CoRE as a collaborative forum for addressing key issues, exploring emerging trends and sharing best practices across the remanufacturing industry."

Building on this leadership foundation, the executive committee will play an active role in fostering member collaboration and advancing key initiatives through CoRE's ReThink Tank, a member-driven working group focused on increasing demand for remanufactured products. Now in its second year, the group builds on its inaugural RemanHistory.com project, the first cumulative listing of remanufacturing history for the vehicle component industry, and is currently developing educational resources to showcase the value of remanufacturing to a variety of audiences.

CoRE and its executive committee invite automotive and commercial vehicle aftermarket members to attend the council's first virtual meeting of 2026 on February 17, where members will hear about remanufacturing excellence in practice from industry leaders Ryan Van Vels, director, ECM remanufacturing and product development at Weller Truck Parts, and executive committee member Angelina Rodriguez. Van Vels will share how ownership can be leveraged as a competitive advantage in remanufacturing operations, while Rodriguez will discuss how Cummins fosters a culture of innovation and how those strategies can inspire transformation across remanufacturing organizations.
