FleetPride CEO Tom Greco Brings New Insights to Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue 2026
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers, in partnership with MacKay & Company, is pleased to announce Tom Greco, chief executive officer of FleetPride, as the distributor keynote speaker for Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue (Dialogue) 2026. The premier full-day conference for the commercial vehicle aftermarket will take place Monday, Jan. 19, 2026, at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas, just ahead of the opening of Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW).
With nearly 300 locations nationwide, FleetPride serves fleets throughout the U.S., making its strategy and direction essential to suppliers and the health of the heavy duty aftermarket ecosystem.
Greco, who joined FleetPride in July 2025, brings more than four decades of leadership experience at top Fortune 500 companies. He offers both a fresh perspective and a clear vision for where he plans to take FleetPride—driving growth, operational excellence and deeper partnerships with suppliers.
Prior to FleetPride, Greco served as president and CEO of Advance Auto Parts, where he led a multi-year transformation that delivered sustained growth and margin expansion. Earlier in his career, he spent more than 30 years at PepsiCo, including as CEO of Frito-Lay North America, where he drove innovation, scale and disciplined execution across one of the world’s leading consumer brands.
At Dialogue 2026, Greco will outline FleetPride's strategic direction under his leadership and share lessons from his cross-industry experience. His keynote will highlight how the distributor’s priorities align with supplier needs and what the future holds for collaboration across the aftermarket channel.
"Dialogue is where decision-makers come to connect the dots," said Paul McCarthy, president of MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers. "Adding Tom Greco to this year's agenda brings a powerful new perspective—one that will challenge conventional thinking and inspire dialogue across our industry."
"FleetPride is a cornerstone of the heavy duty aftermarket, and having Tom Greco share his vision is invaluable," said John Blodgett, vice president of sales and marketing at MacKay & Company. "Dialogue is about fostering candid conversations between all the key players in the heavy duty aftermarket sector. This keynote provides a unique opportunity to hear where the industry’s largest distributor is heading and what it means for the rest of us."
