MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers Announces New Board Members for 2026

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers today announced its new board leadership for 2026. This leadership team brings deep operational, commercial and strategic expertise to guide the association through an era of rapid industry change and expanding opportunities for the supplier community. 

• Chair: Mike Alcala, vice chairman, president & CEO, GNS North America
• Vice Chair: Pat D’Eramo, president & CEO, Martinrea International 
• Second Vice Chair: John Coll, senior vice president, global marketing, sales & service, Allison Transmission 

These additions expand the board’s leadership at a time when suppliers are navigating unprecedented challenges, software-defined vehicles, electrification, investment pressures and shifting global production dynamics.

MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers today also announced the addition of seven leaders to its 2026 Board of Directors, reflecting the breadth, depth and accelerating transformation of the vehicle supplier industry. New members include: 

• Joseph Fadool, president & CEO, BorgWarner Inc.
• Jared Fedele, vice president, finance global seating & E-systems​, Lear
• Ken Hogan, vice president & general manager, drivetrain & brake systems, Cummins
• Jim Huls, president & CEO, Link Manufacturing
• Stephen Milam, chief strategy officer & executive vice president, North America DENSO
• Jeffrey Shay, president, North America, Valeo
• Piotr Sroka, president & CEO, Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems 

In addition, Paul McCarthy, newly appointed president and CEO, MEMA, The Vehicle Suppliers Association, joins the board.
