MEMA, The Vehicle Suppliers Association Welcomes New and Returning Board Members for 2025

Washington, D.C. — MEMA, the Vehicle Suppliers Association, is pleased to announce its 2025 Board of Directors, featuring leaders committed to driving innovation and advocacy in the vehicle supplier industry. This year, MEMA welcomes four new directors and celebrates the re-election of three distinguished board members.

Newly Elected Board Members
The MEMA Board of Directors is strengthened by the addition of these accomplished leaders:

  • Dan Sceli – President and CEO, Westport Fuel Systems, brings over two decades of strategic leadership in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, with deep expertise in operational excellence and global markets.
  • Gino Amador – President, Snap-on Equipment, leverages more than 30 years of international experience in the automotive aftermarket, offering a global perspective and insights.
  • Randall Scheps – President, Forged Wheels, Howmet Aerospace, is a seasoned leader with a history of driving innovation in aluminum manufacturing for the commercial transportation industry.
  • Mark White – President and CEO, Shape Corp., has extensive expertise in strategic growth and market development, with a proven track record of building international business operations.

These new directors bring a wealth of expertise in areas including global operations, advanced manufacturing, and strategic growth, making them invaluable additions to MEMA’s leadership team.

Returning Directors
MEMA also congratulates the following board members on their re-election to another term:

  • Jon Husby – President and CEO, Husby Industries
  • Chris Pruitt – President and CEO, East Penn Manufacturing
  • Mike Alcala – President, Alcala Systems

Their continued leadership will ensure consistency and sustained momentum in achieving MEMA’s strategic goals.

Under the guidance of MEMA President and CEO Bill Long, the Board of Directors will play a pivotal role in shaping the association’s initiatives for 2025 in creating a growing, profitable, innovative and influential vehicle supplier community.
