Overseas Automotive Council Announces 2018 Global Summit

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – The Overseas Automotive Council (OAC), the international export council of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA), announces its first annual Global Summit on Thursday and Friday, January 25-26, 2018, in Miami, Fla.

The OAC Global Summit is a forum for suppliers and channel partners to explore international opportunities and collaborate to advance the international aftermarket industry.

Summit participants will include top executives and leaders from supplier companies and aftermarket channel partners with responsibilities for their company’s international operations and executives interested in exploring global exporting opportunities.

Discussions will focus on topics including:

  • 2018 Aftermarket Outlook

  • Spanning the globe: leveraging data to gain insight into vehicle trends across international borders

  • Strategies for global expansion

  • International marketing: how to develop growth strategies in Asia Pacific

  • Latin America deep dive: economy, political situations, and growth opportunities

The Overseas Automotive Council (OAC) is the international aftermarket council of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA), which is the light vehicle aftermarket division of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association.
