MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers and University of the Aftermarket Foundation Partner on Leadership 2.0 Scholarship for MiX Members

The scholarship offers a full ride to Leadership 2.0 at the University of the Aftermarket at Northwood University.
Date: March 01, 2024

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – Modern Industry eXpertise (MiX), a leadership council within MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers, is thrilled to announce a unique sponsorship opportunity for its members. The scholarship, made possible by the University of the Aftermarket Foundation, offers a full ride to attend Leadership 2.0 at the University of the Aftermarket at Northwood University. This partnership provides an unparalleled opportunity for MiX members to enhance their leadership skills and industry knowledge.

The University of the Aftermarket Foundation has consistently demonstrated its dedication to fostering the growth of aspiring professionals. In 2023 alone, the foundation awarded 378 scholarships, totaling $640,250. The MiX Leadership 2.0 Scholarship is an extension of this commitment, offering a value of $6,650, including 7.0 CEUs towards the Automotive Aftermarket Profession (AAP) designation.

The scholarship covers the cost of attending the two-week Leadership 2.0 program at Northwood University, with one week scheduled during August and the second week in March. Notably, this marks the fifth time MiX has opened this prestigious scholarship exclusively to its members.

"MiX is committed to empowering the next generation of leaders, and the University of the Aftermarket Foundation and Northwood University share our vision by providing invaluable support and resources,” said Nikki Rankin, MiX Council Director, MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers. “The Leadership 2.0 Scholarship is a testament to the collaborative effort between MEMA, MiX, Northwood University, and the University of the Aftermarket Foundation."

MiX encourages all eligible members to seize this opportunity for professional development and industry leadership. The application process for the MiX Leadership 2.0 Scholarship will be detailed on the MiX website and the University of the Aftermarket Foundation's platform.
