Women in Remanufacturing Network Celebrates 5 Years of Connection, Inspiration and Leadership
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers marks the fifth anniversary of the Women in Remanufacturing Network.
Launched in August 2020 in conjunction with the 100th anniversary of Women’s Equality Day, the Network has brought together executives and professionals to connect and inspire through open conversations.
“Over the past five years, the Network has become a place for personal and professional growth and engagement,” said Cheryl Dry, senior director, programs management & operations at MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers. “Discussions have focused on career development, work-life balance, giving back and leadership.”
“Being part of the Women in Remanufacturing Network has been a rewarding experience,” said Ingrid Frakes, chief financial officer, AER Technologies. “The chance to connect with other women, share experiences and learn from one another has been invaluable and every meeting leaves me energized.”
Participation in the Women in Remanufacturing Network is included with MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers membership. The Network remains focused on building community, championing inclusion and inspiring current and next generation women leaders.
The next meeting of the Network will be held on December 11. The featured speaker is Lauren Holtkamp-Sterling. As the third woman ever to be promoted to the NBA’s full-time officiating staff, Lauren will talk about the power of “opening the door just a bit wider” to shape a pipeline of female talent.
