President Donald Trump will deliver his third State of the Union address tonight on the House floor. The address comes after Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi sent an invitation the to the president. Her initial invitation to deliver the address in January was revoked in the wake of the partial government shutdown. President Trump will use the opportunity to reiterate his administration’s priorities to the American public, including issues that impact suppliers such as trade, infrastructure, regulatory reform, and workforce training. The Democratic rebuttal, which airs after the address, will be delivered by former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams. The address will be aired on most broadcast and cable news stations.
