The House and Senate are in session this week.

House votes are canceled Thursday to allow a service in Statuary Hall for late House Oversight and Reform Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings (D-Md.), who died last week.

On Wednesday, the House Energy & Commerce Subcommittee on Environment and Climate Change will hold a hearing on Building a 100 Percent Clean Economy: Solutions for Planes, Trains and Everything Beyond Automobiles.

On Thursday, the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee will hold a hearing to discuss data ownership and implications for data privacy rights and data valuation.
